Mark Gaydos is a Consulting Principal and Managing Partner with Petram Consulting.

His work with senior business, operation, sales and marketing leaders in IT services, Hi-Tech, Telecom ,Manufacturing, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Business Services have been enterprise-wide and global in their implementation scale.

He is a proven strategist, advisor, and client delivery leader focused on organizational health, operational excellence, sales growth acceleration and change management,Mark combines his 25 years of business, selling, leadership, and consulting experience with a deep understanding of business best practices to deliver lasting organization change leading to real results.

During client engagements, Mark actively leads discovery activities, workshops, interactive launch sessions and post-launch implementation strategy and strategy sessions. Mark brings a unique combination of real world pragmatism and creativity to his client engagements. He collaboratively leads clients as they co-develop and implement a business and sales operating systems success.

Mark earned his BA in Financial Management from Seattle Pacific University. He is a married father of five and is actively involved in various community, church, non-profit and outdoor activities.
